Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a Production Operator for 2:30 PM–10:30 PM 1st shift at Plant 4 in Holland, MI. You will load parts into automated cells, record production, and ensure labels and documentation are accurate.

The role focuses on quality, safety, and efficient, defect-free output in a fast-paced setting. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and the ability to read work instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret operator instructions, inspection check sheets, and quality alerts.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer/data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Load component parts into automated assembly using PLEX.
• Record production data and maintain accurate documentation.
• Pack per instruction and create labels; escalate issues with parts or machinery.
• Ensure products comply with check sheets and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support audits; cross-train as needed.
