The role requires leading teams, enforcing safety policies, and ensuring compliance with SPC and operating procedures. You will also manage timecards and support continuous improvement efforts while adapting to production needs.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college or equivalent background.
• 3-5 years experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Fork truck operator’s license.

Responsabilités

• Direct and coordinate shift personnel to produce on-time, quality products.
• Maintain safe and clean work area; wear PPE.
• Oversee manufacturing standards and quality controls (SPC).
• Reconcile and approve hourly timecards in E-Time.
• Assist in resolution of manufacturing difficulties and operational issues.
