Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with new model development and capital equipment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with 3D modeling tools (Inventor/CATIA).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support early project planning and feasibility studies for new model development.
• Evaluate plant layouts to optimize part placement and process counts.
• Assess model change impacts on logistics, equipment, and conveyors.
• Develop equipment and process improvements to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Lead equipment projects from concept to launch and manage schedules and budgets.
• Conduct ROI analyses to support project decisions.
• Implement quality confirmation systems and vehicle inspections.
