Job summary

Rohrman Automotive Group in Lafayette, Indiana, is seeking a Product Specialist for Rohrman Toyota. You will help customers find the right vehicle, build relationships, and grow your skills through ongoing training and a supportive team.

With unlimited earning potential and a compensation range of $60,000–$150,000 plus commissions, you’ll collaborate with finance and management to close deals while staying current on incentives and product knowledge. A rewarding, fast-paced environment awaits.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a professional, welcoming manner — both in-person and digitally.
• Guide customers through the full vehicle selection process, demonstrating features, options, and values across our inventory.
• Conduct test drives and present vehicles in a way that aligns with each customer's needs and lifestyle.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
• Work collaboratively with the finance and management teams to structure and close deals.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales objectives while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
• Stay current on product knowledge, manufacturer incentives, and competitive landscape.

Compensation

• $60,000- $150,000
• Unlimited your earning potential
• Salary plus spiffs and commissions
• 40-hour work weeks (Saturday's Required)
