Boardwalk Honda in New Jersey is seeking a Product Specialist to become the go-to Honda expert for clients. You’ll master the lineup and features to instill confidence and excitement in buyers.

As a full-time, hourly position, you’ll guide customers from first look to delivery and beyond, emphasizing warranties and service plans. A positive, energetic, and service-minded attitude is essential for success in a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in customer service or sales—dealership experience is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Great communicator who connects easily with people.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Positive, energetic, and client-focused—someone who genuinely enjoys helping people.

Responsibilities

• Walk clients through every step of their journey — from first look and test drive to delivery and beyond.
• Break down complex features in a simple, relatable way based on what each client actually cares about.

• Help clients understand their service plans, warranties, and maintenance options after purchase.
• Keep a professional appearance and uphold our dealership's standards every day.

Overview

Boardwalk Honda is growing and we are looking for a Product Specialist to join our team! Boardwalk Honda was named one of 2025's Best Dealerships to Work For and is South Jersey's only Honda President's Award-winning dealership.

This is a full-time, hourly paid sales position where you'll be the go-to Honda expert for our clients. Your job is to know the product inside and out and make sure every client feels confident and excited about their Honda.
