Job summary

Dana Corp is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, implement, and optimize automotive manufacturing processes. You will drive continuous improvement, resolve production issues, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include developing workflows, providing technical support, applying lean methodologies, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to introduce new products and processes in a cost-efficient manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or 4+ years of applicable experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
• Experience applying lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Provide technical support to resolve production issues and quality concerns on the shop floor.
• Apply lean and Six Sigma methods to drive continuous improvement and cost savings.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to introduce new products.
