You will work with security teams to implement privacy roadmaps, apply ISO 21434, GDPR/CCPA guidance, and build privacy-focused services in a full-time Irvine context.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Privacy Engineering, or related field with 2 years privacy experience.
• Experience with Python and/or Go to develop production-quality software.
• Knowledge of privacy-enhancing technologies and threat modeling using STRIDE, LINDDUN, or TARA.
• Familiarity with automotive cybersecurity and data privacy standards ISO 21434, GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA.
• Experience with embedded systems and privacy-focused security firmware.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale privacy services and infrastructure to protect owners’ data.
• Collaborate with security engineers to implement privacy roadmap and strategy.
• Mitigate vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
• Build and maintain privacy-focused applications and services.
