Job summary

Rivian VW Group is seeking a Product Security Engineer based in Palo Alto, California. In this role, you'll create and validate security requirements for our vehicles, leading efforts in security testing and documentation. We're looking for someone with a B.S. in a relevant field and substantial experience in automotive and embedded systems. You will work collaboratively with software development teams to ensure compliance with security standards, contributing to our mission of delivering safe, innovative electric vehicles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years testing and validation of security requirements in embedded devices.
• 3+ years of experience in Automotive Industry or Embedded device development.
• Knowledge of ISO:21434 and UN R155 for security validation.

Responsibilities

• Derive top-level security requirements for system components.
• Validate security requirements through testing.
• Document and report validation testing results.
