Job summary

Mobility seeks a seasoned product leader to own incentives, pricing and scenario planning for automotive market solutions. You will define strategy, outcomes, and a roadmap, and partner across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to bring product to market and scale.

Near-term focus includes landing early wins and aligning deliverables to milestones targeting readiness in early 2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, economics or related field.
• 7-12+ years in product management, analytics or pricing/incentives strategy.
• Experience implementing AI technologies in the product space.
• Ability to translate customer needs into measurable product outcomes.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive-level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle, defining strategy, outcomes and roadmap.
• Lead VoC activities to validate use cases and value propositions.
• Convert goals into measurable product requirements and KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional handoffs across pricing, codes and training.
• Establish adoption metrics and iterate roadmap based on evidence.
