What we need?

• Someone with mechanical aptitude with some history of automotive maintenance and repair.
• Keen eye for detail; ability to follow detailed instructions without skipping steps or taking shortcuts.
• Excellent attendance history.
• Someone who follows safety protocols to protect themselves, colleagues, and equipment.
• Initiative to follow through with repairs and training.
• Computer skills to accept assigned work, document maintenance and repairs, and parts used.
• Ability to improve efficiency as you become familiar with assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Keep track of parts used.
• Document work performed.
• Wear personal protective equipment as required.
• Perform repairs approved by management.
• Work safely using Lockout/Tagout procedures when appropriate.
• Perform preventative maintenance on trucks following company checklists.
• Typical repairs include oil and filter changes, tire repair/replacement, brakes, lights, etc.
