Job summary

Venteon in Lansing, MI is seeking 2nd & 3rd Shift Press Maintenance Technicians to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment. You will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, read schematics, and support safety and quality standards.

The role requires 1+ year of maintenance experience in manufacturing, automotive industry exposure, and familiarity with SAP or related ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 1 year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Automotive industry experience preferred, with emphasis on automation equipment.
• At least 1 year of education related to skilled trades preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics, manuals and work orders.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance during downtime.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Ensure safety devices, Lockout/Tagout procedures, PPE compliance.
