Project Description:
The Pre-Authorization Processors will be expected to provide live support to the OEM Dealers with questions related to technical automotive repairs.
The role is remote, the hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST - M-F
Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining / updating equipment registrations
  • Agent will provide Pre-Authorization for certain components
Basic Qualifications:
  • Agent Must have extensive knowledge of the working mechanics of motors and transmissions
  • Pre-Authorization requests for Independent Repair Facilities are required
  • Min. of 1 year of Customer Service experience
  • Most communication will be written, however there will be occasions where you will contact the dealer via phone
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and basic computer skills
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Vehicle Warranty Knowledge
  • ASE certification is a plus
