Project Description:

The Pre-Authorization Processors will provide live support to OEM Dealers with questions related to technical automotive repairs.

Role hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, and the work is remote.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update equipment registrations
• Provide Pre-Authorization for specific components

Basic Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of motors and transmissions
• Experience with Pre-Authorization requests for Independent Repair Facilities
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
• Strong written communication skills; occasional phone contact with dealers
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Vehicle warranty knowledge
• ASE certification
