Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in powder coating or related industrial coating role.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and safety protocols.
• Attention to detail to identify coating defects such as runs, orange peel, or pinholes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal parts for powder coating: clean, mask, hang, inspect defects.
• Apply powder coating using spray guns and equipment.
• Operate curing ovens; monitor temperature and timing for proper adhesion.
• Inspect finished parts for coverage, thickness, and cosmetic quality.
• Touch up or re-coat parts to meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and proper storage.
