Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Surface Preparation: Clean and prepare metal surfaces for powder coating using cleaning agents, sanding, masking, and other methods.
• Powder Coating Application: Apply coatings with electrostatic spray guns for even coverage and minimal waste.
• Curing Process: Use curing ovens and follow time/temperature settings for a proper finish.
• Quality Control: Inspect finishes and perform touch-ups or rework to meet standards.
• Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain powder coating equipment and ensure safe operation.
• Workplace Safety: Follow safety guidelines while handling materials and operating equipment.
