Castle CDJR of Naperville is seeking a Full-Time Porter to join our automotive team. The role focuses on maintaining vehicle appearance, moving inventory, and supporting dealership operations with reliability and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities include cleaning interiors/exteriors, tagging vehicles, driving vehicles as needed, and delivering to specified locations. A high school diploma and valid license are preferred; compensation ranges per hour with performance-based adjustments.

Qualifications

• Ability to work assigned hours.
• Knowledge of automotive dealership operations is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Reliable transportation to and from work every single day.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles
• Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards
• Drive vehicles to and from requested areas as needed
• Make key tags for and handle the inventory of vehicles
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations
• Perform other duties as assigned
