Job summary

MSX International in Fountain Valley, CA, is seeking an on-site Vehicle Administration Porter to move and park vehicles, perform light maintenance, and support the Vehicle Administration team on daily tasks.

The role requires 1–2 years in automotive porter work, a valid driver’s license, and basic computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook. English proficiency is required, Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of automotive porter background is preferred.
Worked in an automotive/dealership environment for 6-12 months is preferred.
High school diploma or GED is required.
Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook is required.
The candidate must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Full professional proficiency in English is required
Minimum professional proficiency in Spanish is preferred

Responsibilities

Move and park vehicles in NHQ parking lot for Vehicle Administration.
Perform light vehicle maintenance like interior cleaning and sticker/tag installation.
Drive new cars to/from NHQ parking structure and ensure ready for hand-off.
Track vehicle locations within the parking structures.
Support Vehicle Administration with special projects as assigned.
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Coordinate with the Vehicle Administration team to fulfill requests.
