You will be focused on customer service, safe operation, and reliable support during the repair process, including test drives after repairs and calibrations. This is an entry level opportunity with room to advance.

Qualifications

• Desire to learn a skilled trade.
• High school diploma or tech school graduate.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to use computers, mobile devices, and related technology efficiently.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, with a customer-focused vision.

Responsibilities

• Customer service oriented
• Communicate with field team to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Test drive vehicles after repair and/or ADAS calibrations
• Transport vehicles, tools, and/or customers as needed during repair process
• Vehicle clean up may be required
• Perform other duties as assigned by field leadership
