Qualifications

• Desire to learn a skilled trade.
• High school diploma or tech school graduate.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of computers, mobile devices, and related technology efficiently.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, with a customer focused vision.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with field team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Test drive vehicles after repair and/or ADAS calibrations.
• Transport vehicles, tools, and customers as needed during repair process.
• Vehicle clean up may be required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by field leadership.
