Cable Dahmer Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Porter to support vehicle care and lot operations at our Independence, MO location. This is a full-time position requiring Saturday availability and offering $19/hour.

No prior experience is required; we welcome reliable, hardworking individuals who want to start or grow a career in automotive service and dealership operations. Training and mentorship are provided to help you develop across service, parts, and other dealership roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn and grow within the dealership environment
• Prior automotive or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Move and organize vehicles safely on the dealership lot and service areas
• Assist the service team by preparing vehicles for customer delivery
• Clean and detail vehicles, including interior and exterior washing, vacuuming, and minor detailing
• Maintain a clean and organized lot and service area
• Assist with basic lot maintenance, inventory tracking, and light facility tasks
• Support other dealership staff as needed to ensure smooth operations

Pay Rate: $19/hour

Full-Time | Saturday Availability Required
