Job Description

The Porter supports quality repairs by cleaning customer vehicles before delivery and maintaining the cleanliness of our shop and office facilities.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain daily cleanliness of the office interior and production areas.
• Keep parking lots and grounds tidy, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary.
• Pre-wash customer vehicles before repairs.
• Clean vehicles inside and out post-repair.
• Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma / GED preferred.
• Ability to multitask.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Clear vision required.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail.

Skills and Abilities

• Trustworthiness and reliability.
• Willingness to learn.

Other Requirements

• Physical activities including pulling, pushing, carrying, walking, sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling.
• Operate a motor vehicle.
