Gerber Collision & Glass in Kahului, HI is hiring for an entry-level position in our collision and glass service team. You will help with daily cleaning tasks, prep customer vehicles, and support technicians by maintaining vehicle interiors and exteriors before and after repairs.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a valid driver's license, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced shop setting. This on-site role offers competitive hourly pay and room for growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma / GED preferred.
• Ability to multitask.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Clear close vision required.
• 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Follow WOW plan execution consistently.
• Keep interior office clean and organized, dispose waste, dust surfaces.
• Maintain interior production area cleanliness and tool storage.
• Keep parking lots and grounds neat and shove sidewalks when needed.
• Pre-wash customer vehicles before repairs begin.
• Clean vehicles after repairs are completed.
• Transport vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.

Job Description:

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the office, including daily emptying of garbage cans, cleaning the floors, and dusting the countertops and work area.
• Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area, emptying of waste cans, sweeping the floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and placing tools and equipment in their proper location.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
• Pre-washes customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning.
• Exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete
• Transport of customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs

Education and/or Experience Required

• High School diploma / GED preferred
• Ability to multitask
• Automotive experience preferred
• Clear close vision required
• 18 years or age or older
• Valid Driver's license
• Strong attention to detail

Compensation Details:

HOURLY

$16 - $20 / Hour

Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.

Supplemental Pay:
