Job summary

Minth North America is seeking a Product Development Engineer to lead the development of plastic injection molded parts such as fascias, spoilers, and grilles. The role spans from inception through launch, including design, customer meetings, and program issue tracking.

You will be responsible for GD&T, DFMEA, and DVP&R, working in a multinational environment across North America, Europe, and China. The ideal candidate holds a mechanical/materials engineering degree with at least 5 years in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related is required; advanced degree highly desired.
Minimum 5 years of experience in developing automotive plastic injection molded parts; fascia experience is a plus.
Experience with front/rear fascias product design is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Lead development of plastic injection molded parts from concept through launch.
Attend customer meetings and manage open issues and design reviews.
Create and manage GD&T, DFMEA and DVP&R documentation and ensure program milestones are met.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across North America, Europe and Asia to ensure product success.
