DSJ Global is seeking an experienced Plant Manager for a high-volume automotive manufacturing facility in the Nashville area. The role focuses on safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement to meet customer and business objectives.

You will oversee daily operations, mentor both salaried and hourly teams, lead Lean initiatives, manage budgets and KPIs, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with senior leadership on growth strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
Automotive manufacturing experience required.
Proven success leading high-volume production environments.
Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and team development.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production, quality, maintenance, logistics, and safety.
Lead, mentor, and develop salaried and hourly teams to achieve operational excellence.
Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
Manage budgets, operational KPIs, and overall plant performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives.
