Job summary

E&E Mfg of Tennessee is seeking an Automotive Plant Logistics Forklift Operator to keep production moving and orders shipping on time. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, stage components for manufacturing, and prepare finished parts for customers using our MRP/ERP tools.

The role requires 2+ years forklift experience, familiarity with SAP or Plex, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Two or more years forklift operation experience.
• One plus year in automotive manufacturing preferred.
• Two+ years using MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Plex) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to load/unload, move parts, and stage them for manufacturing.
• Use MRP/ERP system to verify receipts, track on-hand inventory, and generate packing slips.
• Validate parts per work instructions and ensure correct counts for packaging and shipment.
• Prepare crates, pallets, and cartons with proper labeling and shipping information.
• Match shipments to bills of lading and orders for accuracy, escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and routing materials; maintain stock levels and safety.
