Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of payroll processing experience.
• Strong understanding of payroll procedures, reporting, and compliance.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely weekly payroll for the group and monthly commissions.
• Set up new employees and maintain payroll records.
• Process payroll changes including deductions, tax withholdings, leaves, and terminations.
• Review payroll reports to identify discrepancies before submission.
• Prepare payroll-related reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Respond to payroll inquiries professionally and confidentially.
