Job summary

Ultipro in Minnesota, Winona area, seeks a Counter Parts Professional to assist customers with parts lookups, process orders, and support the sales team with quality leads.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a related field and relevant call center experience.
• Three years in a call center or an equivalent combination.
• ASE certification preferred or automotive parts knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails for parts lookup and orders.
• Assist walk-in customers at the counter and provide product suggestions.
• Enter and finalize customer orders with accurate details and pricing.
• Communicate with warehouse and sales teams to resolve issues.
• Document issues and follow up to meet performance standards.
