Auto-Wares Group of Companies in Flint, MI is seeking a Full-Time Automotive Parts Specialist to support customers over the phone and in-store, identify correct parts, and process orders.

This role offers base pay plus commission and requires at least 3 years in the automotive field, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license. Schedule is Mon-Fri with occasional Saturdays; comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in automotive field.
• Customer focused with strong communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• No major violations.
• No more than two moving violations in the last 3 years (25+).
• No more than one at-fault accident.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the voice of our company by creating positive experiences with every phone call.
• Provide efficient, accurate, and customer-focused assistance for all incoming calls.
• Identify correct automotive parts, offer options, and finalize sales over the phone.
• Develop knowledge of parts, services, and solutions offered.
• Uphold values by offering all product options and solutions.
• Process orders, returns, and inquiries accurately in systems.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth daily call center operations.
• Maintain professionalism and product knowledge in all interactions.
