Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs.
• Greet customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Assist professionals with installer services as needed.
• Provide excellent service to customers calling the store by phone and offering Low-Price Guarantee.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Support store operations including image making, planogram updates, and inventory tasks.
• Operate test equipment after training.
• Perform in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries) where allowed by law.
• Drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
