Job summary

This full-time position runs Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm. Ideal candidates will use parts catalogs, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with teammates to ensure fast, accurate parts delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: All relevant experience will be considered; priority to automotive parts/warehouse roles.
• Certifications: ASE Parts Specialists Certification desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using parts catalogs, parts lookup software, and cross-references.
• Licenses: Valid driver’s license; ability to pass pre-employment/background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with part inquiries, offering product recommendations, and handling sales.
• Source and identify correct components using catalogs/databases; procure parts from approved suppliers when not in stock and arrange delivery.
• Create pick tickets for warehouse staff and assist with loading/delivery when needed.
• Assist with inventory cycle counting and restocking; maintain clean, organized retail space.
