• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.
• Experience in automotive, retail, or parts environment preferred.
• ASE Certification (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Operate systems including POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain high energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support store operations including transactions, inquiries, and general workflow.
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Utilize delivery management systems to coordinate and dispatch deliveries, pull and prepare orders for customers and drivers.
• Perform general housekeeping, cleaning, and organizational tasks to maintain a safe, professional store environment.
• Assist with inventory control activities, including receiving merchandise, stocking shelves, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate records.
• Contribute to store operations and team support to optimize performance.
