O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high levels of service to retail and installer customers, assisting with product selection and store operations. The role supports store management in daily tasks, processes transactions, and helps maintain stock and planograms.

The position involves greeting customers, answering questions, and offering related items while upholding company service programs and warranty policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• ASE certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Provide high level service to retail and installer customers.
• Process cash, checks, and card transactions accurately.
• Handle exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Assist with stock, planogram updates, and store clean-up.
• Perform in-store services where allowed by law.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
