Responsibilities

• Greet retail and installer customers in a friendly manner and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists with professional customers as needed.
• Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and maintain the cash drawer securely.
• Process exchanges and returns per company policy.
• Address customer complaints in a courteous manner and resolve issues.
• Assist with store operations such as stocking, planogram updates, and image maker tasks.
• Perform in-store services (where permitted) and operate test equipment after training.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when required.
