Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs.
• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist them in their selection.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists when needed.
• Provide excellent phone service to customers.
• Maintain and secure the cash drawer.
• Process exchanges and returns.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Assist with daily operational tasks.
• Operate brake lathe and store test equipment.
• Perform in-store services for customers.
• Drive a delivery vehicle as needed.
• Complete all other duties assigned.
