Job summary

NAPA in Wisconsin is seeking a Store Pro to be the primary contact for customers in our retail store, delivering automotive parts solutions and supporting both retail and wholesale customers with product knowledge and strong customer engagement.

In this role you will use POS and catalog tools, maintain a clean, efficient store, and assist with deliveries, inventory, and team cooperation to drive store performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.
• Preferred: experience in automotive, retail, or parts environment.
• Knowledge of inventory or cataloging systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and support team members.
• Operate systems including POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain high energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Assist with inventory control activities and order fulfillment.
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Support store operations, including transactions, inquiries, and general workflow.
• Coordinate deliveries and assist with logistics to ensure timely fulfillment.
