Job summary

You will stock merchandise, assist with product selection, and provide expert advice to enhance the shopping experience, contributing to sales and store performance. Requires automotive knowledge, strong communication in English (Spanish a plus), and flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime.

Qualifications

• Basic automotive knowledge including parts and solutions.
• Strong communication skills in-person and virtually.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Retail/customer-service experience preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide expert advice.
• Restore and maintain organized inventory and store operations.
• Promote promotions and contribute to sales goals and store performance metrics.
