AutoZone is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service by helping customers find parts and solutions and contributing to store performance. You will assist customers, share product knowledge, and support daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role offers growth opportunities and requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed. Prior automotive retail experience and ASE certification are preferred but not always required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 to apply.
• Physical requirement: ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsabilités

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice and maintain positive interactions.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated store environment.
• Recommend products, services and promotions to boost customer experience and sales.
• Restock merchandise, organize the floor and follow POS procedures.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to ensure a secure work environment.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools and promotions.
• Read codes from customer vehicles using diagnostic tools and suggest solutions.
