AutoZone is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service and help customers find the right parts for their automotive needs. You will support store operations, assist with product selection, and contribute to a positive, knowledgeable retail environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, sales support, and use of diagnostic tools to advise customers. A flexible schedule, 16+ age, and basic automotive knowledge are valuable for success in this position.

Formación

• Minimum age 16 to apply.
• Physical ability to lift and deliver merchandise.
• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends and overtime.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers, provide automotive advice and maintain positive interactions.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a productive store environment.
• Recommend products and promotions to meet sales goals and store metrics.
• Restock merchandise, keep the store organized and follow POS procedures.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure work environment.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Read codes from customer vehicles and suggest appropriate solutions.
