Qualifications

• Age requirement: at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer assistance and clear, professional communication to ensure positive interactions.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated store environment and support daily responsibilities.
• Promote products, services and promotions to help reach sales goals and store metrics.
• Restock merchandise, organize inventory and follow proper POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Follow structured processes and company safety policies; use PPE to maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on automotive parts, tools and promotions.
• Use diagnostic tools to assist customers with vehicle codes and recommended solutions.
