AutoZone is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our store team and deliver WOW! Customer Service. You will assist customers, share automotive knowledge, and help them find the right parts and solutions, while contributing to a friendly, efficient shopping environment.

In this role you’ll learn product details, support inventory and POS procedures, and work with teammates to meet sales goals. A flexible schedule and team spirit are essential.

Formación

• Minimum Age: at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Basic automotive knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication in English and Spanish.
• Experience in automotive retail is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Assistance & Communication – engage with customers and provide trustworthy automotive advice.
• Leadership & Teamwork – collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated store environment.
• Sales & Metrics Mindedness – recommend products and promotions to support sales goals.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations – restock merchandise and follow POS procedures.

• Product Knowledge – stay up to date on parts, tools and promotions.
• Diagnostics Support – use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions.
