Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate in California to help customers find the right automotive parts and solutions. You will support sales, maintain organized shelves, and provide expert advice to ensure a positive shopping experience.

You’ll work with a team to meet store goals, stay current on products, and uphold safety standards. Eligible AutoZoners receive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Strong bilingual communication in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with automotive questions and product recommendations.
• Collaborate with store team to maintain a productive environment.
• Aim to hit sales goals and support store performance metrics.
• Restock merchandise and follow store procedures for inventory and POS.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE as required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive parts and promotions.
