Job summary

4 Wheel Parts (4WP) and Off Road Warehouse (ORW) are hiring energetic Sales Associates in Plano to help customers customize their vehicles with aftermarket parts and upgrades. You’ll engage enthusiasts and everyday drivers, recommending parts, wheels, tires, and accessories while building lasting relationships.

The role features uncapped commission, base pay plus incentive opportunities, and benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or automotive sales is valued.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and apply it to recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor and build relationships to understand vehicle needs and recommend aftermarket products.

Candidates with retail sales, customer service, dealership, tire shop, powersports, or related experience are encouraged to apply.
