Job summary

4 Wheel Parts (4WP) and Off Road Warehouse (ORW) are seeking energetic Sales Associates to help customers customize their vehicles and to build lasting relationships with enthusiasts and everyday drivers at our Sheridan location.

You’ll engage customers, recommend aftermarket parts, and drive sales on floor by using product knowledge and suggestive selling. Training is provided for motivated individuals with diverse backgrounds in retail, powersports, or automotive sectors.

Qualifications

• Sales experience with strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, trucks, Jeeps and off-road vehicles is preferred.
• Proficiency with computer software, parts databases, and point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor and build relationships to understand vehicle needs and recommend aftermarket products.
• Drive sales using suggestive selling techniques and product knowledge to promote parts and services.
• Inform customers with questions and inform them about monthly promotions.
• Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain store organization, inventory control, and display readiness.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals for merchandise, labor, and warranty products.

Candidates with retail sales, customer service, dealership, tire shop, powersports, or related experience are encouraged to apply.
