Job summary

4 Wheel Parts seeks energetic Sales Associates to help enthusiasts and everyday drivers find the right aftermarket parts and upgrades. You will engage customers on the sales floor, build relationships, and drive sales through product knowledge and promotions.

Training is provided; base pay plus uncapped commission offers strong earning potential. The role focuses on trucks, Jeeps, off-road vehicles, and related accessories in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Engage customers on the sales floor and build relationships to understand vehicle needs and recommend aftermarket products.
• Drive sales by using suggestive selling techniques and product knowledge to promote and sell additional parts.
• Inform and assist customers with questions and promotions while communicating monthly sales and promotions.
• Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business, referrals, and brand loyalty.
• Contribute to inventory control and shrinkage reduction by organizing, monitoring, and displaying parts and products.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals for merchandise, labor, and warranty products.

Candidates with retail sales, customer service, dealership, tire shop, powersports, or related experience are encouraged to apply.
