4 Wheel Parts (4WP) and Off Road Warehouse (ORW) are seeking energetic Sales Associates in Dallas to help customers customize their vehicles with aftermarket parts and accessories. You will engage enthusiasts, recommend parts, and drive sales while building lasting relationships. Training is provided for motivated individuals.

Base pay plus uncapped commission. Total pay ranges from $38,000 to $88,000 annually depending on performance, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO,

Qualifikationen

• Experience in automotive or retail sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfort using computers and POS systems.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and team lift up to 100 lbs.

Whether you have experience in aftermarket parts, automotive sales, dealerships, tire shops, powersports, or retail sales, we want to hear from you.You'll work directly with enthusiasts and everyday drivers, helping them find the right parts, accessories, and upgrades for their vehicles while building lasting customer relationships and growing your income.What You’ll DoEngage customers on the sales floor and build relationships to understand their vehicle needs and recommend the right aftermarket products.Drive sales by utilizing suggestive selling techniques and product knowledge to promote and sell additional parts and servicesInform and assist customers with questions and inquiries while communicating monthly sales and promotionsBuild long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business, referrals, and brand loyaltyContribute to inventory control and shrinkage reduction by thoroughly organizing, monitoring, and displaying parts and productsContinuously improve product knowledge, sales skills, and operational efficiencyUnderstand and adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety, and environmental rulesMaintain store cleanliness and appearance to uphold a safe and secure work environmentWork with your team to provide excellent customer serviceMeet or exceed monthly sales goals for merchandise, labor, and warranty productsWhat we’re looking forKnowledge of automotive parts, accessories, trucks, Jeeps, off-road vehicles, wheel and tire applications, or aftermarket products preferredSales experience with strong customer engagement and relationship building skillsComfort using computers and willingness to learn parts databases and point-of-sale systemsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs., and team lift up to 100 lbs.Ability to communicate professionally and clearly with both internal and external partiesAbility to read and comprehend written instructions and work ordersMust be able to work scheduled store hours at the assigned locationPassion for trucks, Jeeps, off-road vehicles, or automotive customization preferredWork EnvironmentCustomer-facing position in retail store (answering phones, using computers, point of sale, escorting customers around showroom floor)Occasionally interact with employees in the service department with concrete floors, industrial structure, vehicle lifts, workbenches/workstations, stationary and moving vehicles and other automotive workshop facility equipmentMay be exposed to loud noise, vibration, exhaust fumes, and other service and repair conditionsWorking in various physical positions including extended periods of standing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, carrying, and liftingAutomotive experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with retail sales, customer service, dealership, tire shop, powersports, or related experience are encouraged to apply.
