• Verify parts orders against body shop estimates.
• Ensure excellent service for internal and external customers.
• Fulfill orders accurately from stock.
• Conduct weekly bin checks to maintain stock accuracy.
• Notify parts manager of out-of-stock items or urgent needs.
• Source out-of-stock parts promptly if necessary.
• Ensure all parts requests are billed on service orders.
• Process payments from retail customers or obtain credit approvals.
• Coordinate daily shipments, deliveries, or pickups.
