Job summary

Applicants should be 16 or older, able to lift and move merchandise, and flexible to work mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus and ASE certification is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide automotive advice, and communicate clearly and professionally.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated store environment.
• Recommend products and promotions to boost sales and meet store metrics.
• Restock merchandise and maintain organized shelves and POS procedures.
• Follow structured processes and safety policies, including use of PPE.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and AutoZone promotions.
• Read codes from customer vehicles using diagnostic tools and suggest solutions.
