Job summary

SURGE Staffing is seeking reliable Quality Inspectors for an automotive parts operation. You will perform visual inspections of small components to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.

The position is full-time, on-site, with first shift hours (6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 7:00 AM–3:30 PM) and a Monday–Friday schedule. This role offers steady, long-term employment and opportunities to gain hands-on quality inspection experience.

Qualifications

• Previous quality inspection, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform repetitive visual inspections while maintaining accuracy.
• Reliable and dependable attendance.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality standards.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed visual inspections of various small automotive parts.
• Inspect parts for defects, damage, incorrect assembly, or other quality concerns.
• Identify and separate parts that do not meet quality standards.
• Follow established inspection procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain consistent attention to detail while inspecting repetitive parts.
• Ensure inspected parts are properly handled and organized.
• Communicate quality issues to the appropriate supervisor or team lead.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
