Qualifications

• Must have high attention to detail and follow established inspection steps.
• Ability to identify defects and verify part identity, condition, and completeness.
• Willingness to work in indoor/outdoor warehouse environments and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Inspect salvaged automotive parts before they are stocked or shipped.
• Verify part identity, fitment, condition, completeness, and grade using company standards.
• Identify cracks, corrosion, missing hardware, structural damage, excessive wear, and other defects.
• Use part numbers, vehicle information, interchange data, photos, and condition notes to confirm accuracy.
• Document inspection results, rejection reasons, and part dispositions in company systems.
• Follow the inspection process in the correct sequence—no skipped steps or shortcuts.
• Communicate issues quickly with pullers, warehouse staff, sales, and leadership to solve problems.
• Spot recurring issues and suggest practical improvements to quality and workflow.
