Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions and provide expert knowledge of store systems and parts. The role emphasizes selling, customer service, and accurate sourcing from multiple channels, including special orders. Requires 3-5 years of automotive parts experience; ASE certification is preferred. Valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs and manuals.
• Proven sales ability and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
